The Redskins announced today that all of their 2017 draft picks have signed their rookie contracts, with the exception of 3rd round pick Fabian Moreau. Third rounders have taken longer to sign recently due to their ability to negotiate for "additional compensation" that could be almost $500k extra in the deal. The Redskins will hold their rookie mini-camp this weekend.
