New DB Coach coming soon?

NFL: Washington Redskins at Arizona Cardinals Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

ESPN’s John Keim came out with some Redskins-related coaching news today:

  • The Redskins have interviewed Tim Lewis and Chris Harris for their DB Coach position.
  • A source told Keim that the team has interviewed three candidates for the position and one will be hired soon.
  • Former Redskins Assistant DB Coach Aubrey Pleasant has joined the LA Rams’ staff as their new DB Coach.
  • Former Redskins Offensive Assistant Coach Shane Waldron has joined the LA Rams’ staff as their new TE Coach.
  • Mike Jones of the Washington Post also reports that Wes Phillips will be retained as TEs coach
