The Washington Redskins(5-8) host the Arizona Cardinals(6-7) in a game that could be more about job security than anything else. The Redskins could use a win, or at least to not get blown out for a third week in a row, this week. Rumblings have already begun about Dan Snyder blowing it up, and we’ve all seen this movie before.
The Redskins have only ruled out two players this week(S Montae Nicholson and ILB Zach Brown), and seven are listed as questionable. The Redskins placed three players on IR this week(TE Jordan Reed, LB Chris Carter, and RB Byron Marshall). LT Trent Williams hasn’t practiced all week, and will be a game-time decision tomorrow.
The Redskins season is over, but they still have three more weeks to go with a team that continues to lose players and games. The Cardinals have also been pretty banged up and unlucky this year. Blaine Gabbert could have a big effect on the future of the Washington Redskins this week...
