TD was a double stick concept. Only recall Cousins throwing the outside ball on double stick once before, earlier this season to Doctson. Great throw, TD. pic.twitter.com/v2gGVgsXAa— Mark Bullock (@MarkBullockNFL) December 1, 2017
The first half was a comedy of errors for a Redskins team that was favored in Dallas for the first time in over a decade. Turnovers, turnovers and more turnovers. Throw in injuries to RT Morgan Moses and RB Samaje Perine and the Redskins were trailing the Cowboys 17-0 at the end of the 2nd quarter.
Kirk Cousins led an impressive TD that ended with a 20 yard pass to Ryan Grant. The drive included a great 3rd down scramble from Cousins to move the chains. And then there was this play from Cousins, backpedaling away from pressure, hitting Jamison Crowder for a huge 33 yard play. Crowder had been a disaster up until this point, but made a huge play on a critical drive.
