The Washington Redskins(4-5) visit the New Orleans Saints(7-2) at the Superdome this week. The Redskins have lost 3 of their last 4, and need a win this week to even think about staying in the playoff race. They are currently the 11th seed in a 6 team race in the NFC with the 6th seed Seattle Seahawks sitting at 6-3. The Redskins schedule gets easier after this week, but a win tomorrow keeps them in the hunt.
Stop me if you’ve heard this before, the Redskins are still dealing with a lot of injuries this week. The team has already ruled out 3 players out this week(C Spencer Long, WR Terrelle Pryor Sr., and TE Jordan Reed). They also placed 3 players on injured reserve this week(OT T.J. Clemmings, RB Rob Kelley, and ILB Will Compton.) Washington has another 13 players listed as questionable vs the Saints. It’s going to be a fun one in the Big Easy.
