Wade Phillips will reportedly join Mike Pettine and Gus Bradley on the list of defensive coordinators interviewed by the Washington Redskins. Phillips spent the past two seasons withe Denver Broncos after the Redskins picked Joe Barry over him. Phillips did alright in Denver, helping the Broncos on their Super Bowl season.
The Redskins will also face competition from their former offensive coordinator Sean McVay who was hired as the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams today. He reportedly wants Phillips as his DC, and he could also try to bring Wade's son Wes with him.
