Gif Recap: Redskins MNF Loss to Steelers via 'Narcos' Animated Gifs

Recapping the highs and lows of the Redskins' Monday night loss to the Steelers with gifs from the Netflix hit show, Narcos.

It's been awhile since I've contributed to this fine website, and I know how as Redskins fans we need as much humor in our lives as possible to dull the pain on losses (and to over rejoice for wins). As a result, I thought I'd bring back the gif recaps this season.

I recently just burned an entire day watching Season Two of Narcos, which I highly recommend. So, I thought it'd be a good parallel here for week 1 in how much carnage there is in this Steelers game film. "There's no business like the blow business" is the title to this show, and it fits well for the Redskins performance tonight. Saving a cocaine themed TV show like Narcos for the Cowboys game gif recap was hard to resist given their drug riddled past, but I digress.

The Redskins reverted to their old primetime selves last night getting run out at home, but bad feelings aside, this is only week one and we played a superior team. I'd rather take a bad loss like this and sit 0-1 than be 1-0 vs a sorry team and go up against Dallas next week with a false bravado. The Redskins will have urgency next week, and to me, our season starts next week.

Note: There are no spoiler gifs here, and even though some of them would have fit nicely, I resisted.

After making the Steelers go 3-and-out on their first drive, Skins are on the board with 3-0 lead.

Then the Skins get an INT and another FG for a 6-0 lead. I'm making a move on my wifey on the couch.

Steelers then go back to back drives for TDs to take a 14-6 lead into half.

After a PIT FG to start the half, Kirk Cousins throws a ball to a WR surrounded by 5 white jerseys for an INT.
