Player Overview
Corey Coleman was nothing short of a human highlight reel and deep threat for the Baylor Bears in his three years there. A consensus All-American in 2015 and first team all-conference wide receiver, Coleman won the Biletnikoff Award as the nation’s top receiver that year. He led the NCAA with 20 along with unanimous All-American and first-team all-conference honors, leading the country with 20 touchdown receptions (74 receptions-1,363 receiving yards for the year). He didn’t play in Baylor’s Russell Athletic Bowl win over North Carolina after having sports hernia surgery in December in order to be ready for the run up to the 2016 NFL Draft.
I forgot to mention that this man is fast. He ran a 4.37 at the combine. He very well could be what fellow Baylor wide receiver and alumnus Josh Gordon was supposed to be for the Cleveland Browns. He will be linked up with former Baylor standout and new Cleveland Browns quarterback Robert Griffin III who is looking for a new start with the team. So the two may become a force to be reckoned with but with as tough a competition as the AFC North is, we’d have to see it to believe it.

How He Makes The Browns Better and Creates Problems For The Redskins
Corey Coleman is likely to become the Cleveland Browns number one receiver. The Redskins are lucky this guy wasn’t drafted by an NFC East team. That’s how good and explosive this kid is. Yes, the NFL is a much different speed and style from college football but speed kills and Coleman definitely has that.
How he could hurt the Redskins is with Robert Griffin III throwing him the ball. The Browns play the Redskins on the road October 2 at 1 pm. Coleman could be a major factor in that game if the Redskins secondary is even a little bit off.
