The Washington Redskins officially have all of their 2016 draft picks under contract with the signing of 3rd round pick Kendall Fuller today. Third rounders have taken longer to sign due to their ability to negotiate for "additional compensation" that could be almost $500k extra in the deal. Fuller signed a 4-year, $3.1 million contract, but the details are not immediately available. Two weeks ago he said that he felt like he was at 90-95% in his recovery from microfracture knee surgery that ended his final year at Virginia Tech. Fuller has been participating in practice more this week, running 7 on 7 drills with the team.
The Redskins also signed WR Jarvis Turner(6'1", 194lbs) who was a tryout player at the Redskins rookie mini-camp last month. The Redskins also released LB James Gayle yesterday.
