Jordan Reed will miss his third game of the season due to a Grade 3 shoulder separation he suffered last week vs the Cowboys. Reed’s previous missed games were due to a concussion in Weeks 6 and 7. Reed will not travel with the team and will stay behind to continue rehabbing. Coach Jay Gruden hopes to have the dynamic tight end back next week when they travel to Philadelphia to play the Eagles. Defensive lineman Anthony Lanier has also been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Cardinals, and is expected to miss more time with a shin injury.

Eight Redskins players are listed as questionable on the the final injury report. Offensive linemen Ty Nsekhe and Brandon Scherff have been limited in practice all week with ankle injuries. Bashaud Breeland was a full participant on Wednesday, but has been limited the last two days with an ankle injury. Terence Garvin(shoulder), Ricky Jean Francois(knee), Nick Sundberg(back), Trent Murphy(ankle), and Chris Thompson(illness) are all listed as questionable, but practiced fully on Friday.
In roster news, the Redskins will reportedly be releasing OT Blaine Clausell(per his agent), and signing CB Dashaun Phillips from the practice squad(per Ben Standig). Phillips was on the team last year and this year, before being released last month to make room for TE Derek Carrier when he came off the PUP list. Safety David Bruton, Jr. was also waived from IR.
