Redskins vs Cowboys Injury Report

The Redskins traveled to Dallas following today’s walkthrough. The team is on a very short week following Sunday night’s win over the Packers, and a 4:30pm game on Thanksgiving Thursday. Dallas had a 1pm home game, and will now host the Redskins giving them a slight advantage for preparation time.

The Redskins have officially ruled out long snapper Nick Sundberg for a second game in a row, meaning Demi’s big brother Rick Lovato will play his second game for Washington. The Redskins limited Lovato’s use last week for a variety of reasons(wind, situational) and also had a missed XP. Playing in Dallas’s dome will test the new trio of Way-Hopkins-Lovato.

The Redskins also have three players listed as questionable for tomorrow’s game. DeSean Jackson returned to the field last week to score, and his shoulder injury won’t keep him out of a division game against Dallas. Chris Baker had a hamstring injury on Sunday night, and also dealt with an illness, but is expected to start tomorrow.

The most concerning injuries for the Redskins this week are to the ankles of their current offensive tackles. Ty Nsekhe is reportedly dealing with a painful ankle injury and is listed as questionable. Morgan Moses is still dealing with his ankle injury, but has been listed as a full participant in the team’s limited walkthrough practices.

Dallas will be missing two key pieces to their secondary again with CB Morris Claiborne(groin) and S Barry Church(forearm) still out. Five players are listed as questionable for the Cowboys this week.

T Tyron Smith(Back/Hip)

WR Dez Bryant(Back)
