In anticipation of a hangover, and as an early Thanksgiving present to our Bangkok readers, this #5OCC is on time y’all!
Today’s discussion is all about us. The game on Sunday is simply huge, and I was just wondering if you are becoming more and more nervous, or if you are becoming more and more confident—or neither.
My stomach is knotting up a bit, if we’re being completely honest with each other. That could also be because this weekend is our annual Mike Wiggins Invitational in the parking lot at FedEx. There has been some great Beirut (I know, I know...beer pong) played in the lot this season, but this is the only opportunity we have each year to get our names engraved in the trophy. More than anything else, the competition outside the stadium preps us for the contest about to happen inside the stadium. It makes for a great kickoff to the holiday season!
What are you doing for the game? Is Clay going to be healthy enough to dominate us the way he is capable of doing? Is R. Kelley going to validate all the experts who are out there suggesting he is going to have a bomb week?
