ROSTER MOVES: #Redskins sign CB Will Blackmon; S Duke Ihenacho to season-ending IR. MORE | http://t.co/AGh0yNz2Io pic.twitter.com/HgZ18WYhNI

Duke suffered a dislocated/fractured left wrist on Sunday against the Dolphins that will require season-ending surgery. He was replaced in the lineup (and subsequently in the depth chart) by Trenton Robinson. This is especially unfortunate for Ihenacho as this is his second season-ending injury in a row. Last year he suffered a season-ending foot injury in week three.
Will Blackmon is 30 years old and started 12 games over the previous two seasons for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was in training camp this year with the Seattle Seahawks before being released at final cuts. Prior to being cut, Blackmon had spent most of the summer as the Seahawks top nickel CB. He now joins another former Seahawks who was let go on cut-down day... TE Anthony McCoy. Blackmon appeared in a total of 66 games over the course of his career with 14 starts for the Packers, Giants, and Jags. He certainly helps the team's CB depth with Chris Culliver suspended and Justin Rogers hurting.
In other news...
Redskins also add CB Dashaun Phillips to practice squad and cut FB Agnew

#Redskins had an open PS spot so could have signed CB Phillips w/o releasing FB Agnew. Sounds like they want to sign Bates back to PS.
