The Redskins & USAA Show Appreciation to the Armed Services.

The Redskins and USAA host a Military Combine in a Salute to Service for our service men and women

Recently, The Redskins joined forces with USAA to put on a Military Combine for members of the Armed Services. The Combine took place at the Redskins training camp in Richmond, Virginia. Current and former players came together to show support for our military during the event. Service members competed in many events that take place at the NFL Combine for college players competing for the NFL Draft.

Service men and women were chosen from local bases as a reward for service above and beyond their required duty.  They converged on Richmond to participate in drills like the Vertical Leap, 40 Yard Dash, Bench Press, and more. After the events, soldiers were  treated to a talk from Doc Walker and a meet and greet with current Redskin players, including Robert Griffin III, Morgan Moses, Andre Roberts, and Jordan Reed, among others.
