#1. Justin Rogers has dealt with more changes in his career than a typical young NFL player. Justin is entering his fifth season (second with the 'Skins) and has already played on four different teams. That's a lot of different systems to learn. On top of that, he spent his first three season all with the Buffalo Bills, but under two different HCs and three different DCs. So even when he's stayed put, the coaches around him have been constantly changing. That theme continues again this year as he'll be playing under his second different DC with the Redskins alone. Hopefully he likes learning. He's also experiencing a new DB Coach.
#2. Justin has played in 38 career NFL games with seven starts. He's amassed 77 tackles, 14 passes defensed, and 3 INTs. He plays defense and STs. He's proven capable of playing on the outside and in the slot. So his versatility and experience are an advantage over many.
#3. Justin lettered three times in both football and basketball in HS and was the captain of the football team his senior year. He also lettered twice in track. He's the son of Diary Rogers.
#4. Justin has ability as a punt and kick returner. During his first three years with the Bills, he served as a reserve in both roles for the team.
#5.
Bottom Line: Justin is an experience, versatile CB who can play STs. The Redskins secondary and STs units figure to be drastically improved this year, with or without him...
