The Washington Redskins and Arkansas CB Tevin Mitchel have agreed on a four year deal worth around $2.4M.  The deal also includes a signing bonus just over $131K.  Mitchel (6'0", 187 lbs.) was the Redskins first of two sixth round draft picks in this year's draft and was taken with 182nd overall pick. He'll physically sign his contract on Monday.
