Ifo Ekpre-Olomu

Cornerback

Height: 5' 10", Weight: 192 lbs

Oregon

Strengths: Ifo Ekpre-Olomu is a very competitive cornerback who likes to use his body. He has no problems throwing himself around to make a play. He has excellent instincts. An athletic and physical player, he had nine interceptions and forced eight fumbles (recovering one) in his career with the Ducks. He has good vision and uses it to attack the ball. He is quick with good reaction time. His lower body mechanics are great, with smooth footwork and loose hips.

Weaknesses: Ifo does not possess the size of a prototypical cornerback. He is not incredibly fast and sometimes finds himself in trouble if he gets beaten. Ifo can get wrapped up by blockers. He will not be the strongest player on the field. He is also rehabbing a knee injury at the moment.

Bottom Line: Ifo Ekpre-Olomu is a very good cornerback. Although he lacks the typical size desired in a cornerback, his ability and willingness to put his body on the line will make him an attractive pick.

Projected Round: 3

Team He Fits Best On: Titans, Jaguars, Rams, Saints
