It was reported by Mike Garafolo that Pierre Garcon has directed his lawyers to file a class action lawsuit against FanDuel, on behalf of all NFL players.
Wow.
Stay tuned. This is going to be a very interesting bye week after all!
It would seem as though Pierre and his fellow players believe the daily fantasy model is exploitative in its monetization of the popularity and success of players. Here is the tweet from Mike (a Fox Sports insider).

It should be noted that FanDuel is a sponsor of SB Nation and Hogs Haven, as you have no doubt seen if you have been to the site at all this season. And if you're wondering why DraftKings is not named, they have a licensing agreement with the NFLPA.
We will keep you all updated as facts come in and this story unfolds.
[UPDATE: Fanduel issues a statement in response to the lawsuit]
