Jacksonville Jaguars vs Washington Redskins Friday Injury Report

The Redskins and Jaguars released their final injury report before Sundays game.  The Redskins only added one new name since our last update on Wednesday, and they ruled 3 players out, with a fourth player listed as doubtful.

Kicker Kai Forbath showed up on the list yesterday for a groin injury that limited him in practice.  Forbath missed 3 games last season due to a groin injury.  Forbath has told reporters that this injury is not as bad as last year's injury.  Gruden said that they will test his kicking out tomorrow, and see if they need to bring in another kicker for Sunday's game.  Redskins 7th round draft pick Zach Hocker is a free agent, and could be getting a call this weekend.

ILB Akeem Jordan, CB Tracy Porter, and TE Jordan Reed have all been ruled out for Sunday's game as expected.  Also DE Kedric Golston is listed as doubtful, but he has not practiced at all this week and Gruden has talked about the DL getting more reps than they are used to this week due to the multiple injuries along the line.  Frank Kearse was mentioned as one of the bottom of the roster guys who will have to step up this week.

S Duke Ihenacho, OLB Brian Orakpo, and  OT's Trent Williams and Tyler Polumbus were all able to practice fully today.  All of them are listed as Questionable, except for Williams who is listed as Probable for Sunday's game.

The Jaguars have 4 players who have been ruled out for Sunday's game.  The biggest name among them is S Jonathan Cyprien who suffered a tough concussion last week.

Cecil Shorts III is expected to miss his 2nd regular season game in a row with a hamstring injury.  He is officially listed as Doubtful.

RB Toby Gerhart, CB Dwayne Gratsz, TE Marcedes Lewis, and WR Marqise Lee are all listed as probable.
