DeSean Jackson injured his foot/ankle/lower leg during this morning's practice when he apparently stepped on someone's foot while cutting. He is a brief timeline of the initial reactions to the injury. With Pierre Garcon out with a hamstring injury for tomorrow's game, it looks like the Redskins will be without both of their starting WRs.
#Redskins DeSean Jackson sort of hopped off the field, being looked at by trainers. They took off his left shoe. Ankle?

Hot Take Alert!:
That's an ankle & a hamstring 4 @DeSeanJackson11 this summer. Could this be a signal of yet another #Redskins' failed big signing?

Moving on Up!:
Preseason openers show little, but if Redskins don't have both starting WRs then it's a total wash. Andre Roberts, welcome to No. 1.

If he was staring to the right that means season over, to the left, IR with designation to return. Staring straight ahead means 2-3 days rest. That was a close one.
DJax had a hamstring strain in OTA's. Looks like this is his ankle. He's sitting on table just staring straight ahead. #Redskins

Dr. Tandler offers 3 of 5 possibilities for Jackson's injury:
Some speculating that Jackson issue is his foot. Ice more on ankle but hard to tell. I'll go with lower left leg. #Redskins

Cleats are on!:
Jackson just emerged from the tent w ice removed and with cleat back on but is headed to the locker room.

Time to step on up Mr. Grant:
1-on-1: Ryan Grant, rookie WR, makes a veteran move on Patriots DB Justin Green for the score at #SkinsCamp. http://t.co/xpuuCaWksj
