It’s Phase 3 of the NFL’s offseason workouts. During the first two phases, players were limited to four-hour workdays; now it’s six. They can only wear helmets and no live contact drills are allowed. But they can do 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills.
Every NFL team can have up to 10 voluntary OTA sessions over the three weeks of practices.
The Redskins' OTA for this year is May 27-29; June 2-4 and June 9-12.
