Keith McGill
Cornerback
Height: 6' 3", Weight: 211 lbs
Utah
Strengths: McGill has the right proportions for a cornerback. His wingspan is also impressive. McGill tackles well in the open field. He was an All American JUCO transfer to Utah in 2011. He has great instincts and athleticism. He has good speed, with an explosive downhill burst to close on receivers running underneath routes. He's versatile and can play safety as well as cornerback. He also has experience on special teams.
Weaknesses: McGill's most glaring weaknesses are that his positives are good, but not elite. He has good speed, but not great speed. His tackling is good, but he does not take advantage of his size. His footwork needs improvement. He missed as many games as he played at Utah, due to a lengthy rehab of a shoulder injury.
Bottom Line: Keith McGill has excellent potential. He will need some serious attention from his coaches, but the effort put into him should be worth it.
Projected Round: 2-3
Team He Fits Best On: Buccaneers, Lions, Bengals
