The Redskins have reportedly signed Dallas Cowboys Defensive Tackle Jason Hatcher tonight. Hatcher, 31, has spent his entire 8 year career in Dallas since being drafted in the 3rd round in 2006. Hatcher has been considered a dissappointment until recently, spending most of his career as a back up defensive lineman. He did not start a game until 2010, and then started 41 games over the last 3 seasons.
Hatcher had the best season of his career last year, earning his first Pro Bowl bid. He ended the year with 11 sacks, 41 tackles, 3 passes defended and 2 forced fumbles. He has also been a major pain for the Redskins and RGIII over the last 2 seasons. He racked up 19 tackles and 3 sacks over that 4 game span. His teammate, Anthony Spencer is still at Redskins Park, and the two share an agent. We are still waiting to hear if he will follow Hatcher to DC
