Josh Morgan's List of Charitable Works Deserves Attention

Here's a timeline of all the community programs Redskins WR Josh Morgan has done this off-season. I'm feeling quite lazy all of a sudden.

Brad Mills-US PRESSWIRE

Josh Morgan has been on a rock star type tour this off-season, but I'm not talking about Vegas pool party destinations, I'm referring to his community service work. D.C. recently announced June 20th, Morgan's birthday, as Josh Morgan Day to recognize and award all of his work. The Redskins WR and DC native talked about what motivates him:

"When I was younger, we didn't see anybody grown up. Nobody ever came and talked to us. We could only watch them on TV and pretend that we knew those guys like Darrell Green and stuff like that. For me to actually come and touch these people, in some of the same schools that I grew up in, it means that much more to these kids."

I had the chance to talk to Josh Morgan at a NFLPA event last November where he talked about the battle his Godmother went through and how it motivates him.

Here's a list that I was able to put together from his Twitter and Instagram timeline. Surely there are more.
