The Redskins signed the Eagles former defensive lineman today, which is likely a move to add depth at OLB with Rob Jackson suspended the first four games of the season.

Tapp was born in Portsmouth, VA and played High School ball at Deep Creek High School in Chesapeake, Virginia, and of course played college ball at Virginia Tech. He was a 2nd round pick in 2006 by the Seahawks.
