If you're a die-hard Redskins fan then this a great event to attend. I always have a soft spot for charities that support US military veterans, but the day is an absolute blast. There are three different mileages one can ride ranging from 10 (Ryan Kerrigan) to 53 (every other Redskin) and the event is kid-friendly. There's free food before, during, and after the rides, and the Redskins are freely walking around taking pictures and talking to fans. It's a great opportunity for fans that want to meet and greet the team and donations to ride are support the cause are perfectly priced ($50 for adults, $25 for children). I'll be attending again, and here's the full info:

Yep, here's me on a super heavy, women's mountain bike with no helmet. I'm impressed I made it 40+ miles on that thing. This year I will be better equipped.
