The first day of a "groups" day at the NFL combine generally will consist of weight, height, and other various measurements. Typically for running backs you would like them to be kind of a compact type of player, right in the 6' range and a solid 200-210 pounds. There are some bigger backs however who carry their weight well and still maintain their speed.
