Redskins' RG3: 'We are not a fragmented team' | Comcast SportsNet Washington
Griffin was asked what the biggest misconception about the team is among fans and the media. "Just the fragmented team. We’re not," he said. "We’re not a fragmented team. We’re all sticking together. Everybody understands what we’ve got to do these next four games and that’s the bottom line. You know, just all the false stories that keep coming out. It’s just one thing after another, day after day. Guys still have to continue to change the channel and not listen to any of that stuff and block it out."

RGIII is a Derrick Johnson Fan " CBS DC
"He’s a play maker," Griffin said in comments distributed by the Chiefs. "He’s been a play maker for a long time. He’s the guy that I heard about when I was coming through the ranks as well. By no means has his level of play decreased at all. He’s a baller."

Three Trades the Redskins should look to make this offseason | Fanspeak.com

Santana Moss, Barry Cofield say coaching staff should return
"Grass ain’t always greener," Moss said. "I’ve always lived by that. I learned it from my father. So at the end of the day, this is RG’s second year. And it wasn’t the second year that none of us hoped for. He had to deal with an offseason of just rehabbing and getting himself back. So you’ve almost got to automatically feel that you have to give him another chance to really show that this offense could be ran the way it should be ran under him and under these coaches. And that’s just how I look at things. Other than that, it’s not in my control. I can’t control things that happen. So I do what I can control and that’s go out there and try to be the best I can be for this team."

Kirk Cousins says he understands that Robert Griffin III needs to play
"Robert’s a young player too," Cousins said at Redskins Park. "He’s getting better and he’s learning and it doesn’t happen overnight. So to take him off the field so I can develop, then he’s not developing and obviously it’s a much bigger deal for him to get those reps than for me, being that he’s the starting quarterback. So it sounds nice to say that. But I think you’ve got to understand what that means for Robert. So I’ll roll with whatever they decide. But you’ve got to see it from both angles."

Redskins injury report: Trent Williams, three others miss practice

Brian Orakpo says his preference remains to re-sign with Redskins
"Absolutely," Orakpo said at Redskins Park. "Right now this is home. So I would love to continue to finish my career as a Redskin. Obviously we’re 3-9 so it’s a disappointing season. But that doesn’t take away from what I know we’re capable of. If we get our core guys back, add a few people here and there with all the money that we’re receiving back from all the salary cap issues that we had, I think we’ll be up for running at another title shot again the following year. But like I said, we’ve got to finish this last quarter and then everything else will take care of itself with the contracts and with who’s here, who’s not, stuff like that."

Santana Moss calls this season’s NFL officiating ‘the worst that I’ve ever seen’
"I understand [there are] so many things being changed. But at the end of the day, some of that stuff is crap. So hopefully somebody who’s in a higher position that can really watch this season alone and see some of the stuff that’s being called and hasn’t been called, they can go and try to critique that because it’s been the worst by far since I’ve been in the league."
