Time for Major Changes in Washington

The 2013 season is almost over(thankfully), and since we have no more opportunities to play spoiler, the attention now turns to the 2014 offseason.

Below is an estimate on the projected 2014 salary cap, our projected spend amount, retired players, cuts/voided contracts, free agent signings and a mock NFL Draft.

2014 Salary Cap - 128 million

I figure the Redskins will have about 40 million to spend after cuts/voided contracts(keep in mind this is a rough estimate). Steve can probably zero in a bit on this number, but for now, I'll use 40 million as the magic number.
