NFL Draft: 2014 Underclassmen Declarations

It's getting to be that time of year, when Redskins fans turn their attention toward the following season. A major part of rebuilding this team for the future is how the Skins will fair is the NFL Draft. A main component to the draft is underclassmen who declare early.
