The Washington Redskins face the 1-7 Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football in Week 10. The Redskins are 1-point favorites, according to the NFL odds, and they hope to improve on their 3-5 record to stay in contention in the NFC East.
While we know the Redskins quarterback situation with Robert Griffin III, the Vikings will be trotting out Christian Ponder as their starting quarterback for the game. Ponder was hurt previously which led to starts from Matt Cassel and Josh Freeman but Minnesota will turn back to him for the Week 10 game against Washington. In Ponder's last game against the Dallas Cowboys, he completed 25-of-37 passes for 236 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
