Our 2013 Redskins are going to have to make some changes if we want to remain at the top of the NFC East. Below is my revised off-season plan, which includes cuts, restructuring, free agent signings and the NFL Draft.
Current situation: As it stands, with all our soon-to-be free agents off the books, the Redskins are $4 million over the projected 2013 salary cap.
