Everyone is expecting me to pick a quarterback here, and Kirk Cousins would be my man, but neither Rex Grossman nor Cousins give me anything on defense. This is ironman football and l can't afford a huge liability on defense. So I am going to roll the dice with a "quarterback by committee" approach.

Chase Minnifield played defensive back, wide receiver, running back and quarterback in high school. I figure that I can platoon Minnifield, Morgan, and Banks at the quarterback position on offense and ensure that on defense, I have the best set of athletes.

Kevin, I wasn't sure how you were going to blow it after you got RG3, but you came through with flying colors. My team is bigger and stronger than yours, and I don't suffer from a lack of speed and agility. Good luck trying to grab Banks' flag in the open field. I can contain RG3 in the pocket and I have guys who can cover. RG3 will have three seconds or less to throw it on every single play and he will have nobody but your offensive line as options. On my own offensive line, I have Cooley and Davis releasing.
