In case you missed it in the Daily Slop this morning, Kyle Shanahan is set to meet with Robert Griffin III multiple times in Waco, Texas over the next few weeks. Chick Hernandez of Comcast SportsNet tweeted this morning:
Source tells me Redskins Kyle Shanahan in Waco Tx. toniteWill visit RG3 couple times each week for next several weeks. #playbooktime

Rich Tandler of CSNWashinton followed that up by asking NFL spokesperson Greg Aiello if this was within the rules of the new Collective Bargaining Agreement, who responded:
This is perfectly okay as long as it is in the metro area of the player's hometown or college, and there is no time limit.
More after the jump.
To be meeting with a guy a month before the draft to help him get a head-start on the playbook shows that the Redskins are confident the Colts will select Andrew Luck with the first pick.
I like this move, to be able to get Griffin in the playbook already should have him ahead of some of the new receivers and other rookies coming into offseason programs and training camp. This will instantly establish Griffin as the leader of the offense as he'll be able to teach the other guys things which he has already learnt.
I'll leave you on this question, is there a developing bromance between Kyle Shanahan and Robert Griffin III?
