RG4!!! Griffin with Career High 4 Passing TDs

Redskins played a complete game with a blowout win vs reeling Eagles.

A very solid game by the Redskins today. Pre-game the Junkies were saying the Redskins need a blowout win. Coming off a BYE facing a team in shambles....at home...the Redskins needed a win like this. Some key stats:

  • Robert Griffin III with a career high 4 touchdowns. (6 yards Darrel Young, 49 yards to Aldrick Robinson, 61 yards to Santana Moss, 17 yards to Logan Paulsen)
  • 169 rushing yards (84 Griffin, 76 Alfred Morris)
  • RGIII 92% completion percentage (14/15)
  • Redskins defense only gave up 257 yards and 6 points on 71 plays
  • Redskins still had 13 penalties for 80 yards.
  • Redskins forced 3 turnovers and had none.
  • Redskins were 5-11 on 3rd downs....2 of which RGIII did with his feet on spectacular scrambles.
