Of all the regular posts I do, the game day threads are certainly one of my favorites - mainly because I'm a stat junkie. We finally get a first look at our draft picks, where the Redskins fan base will undoubtedly become attached to one star (Colt Brennan, Marko Mitchell, Jordan Palmer) and be up in arms when he doesn't make the team. I've only worked in computers my whole life...what is Mike Shanahan doing!?!!?!
The Redskins and Steelers have played against each other 19 times in preseason - Washington has a 12-6-1 record. In the regular season, the Redskins and Steelers have battled 76 times, with the Redskins boasting a 42-31-3 record (let's not talk about the last regular season game we played). (H/T Redskins.com)

Also, how great is this tweet from Steelers' (former Skins) safety, Ryan Clark:
I always travel in a suit or dressed up for the pre season! Today is different though. Back to Fed Ex in my Sean Taylor #21 pro bowl jersey!
New this year I have a live twitter feed from all the beat writers who are at Redskins Park. Injury updates, etc are all now real time.
(Well, the Twitter widget was a fail. For some reason it doesn't work on these SB Nation pages. If you want live updates from the Beat reporters...open a second browser window to this page).
FYI - Next week the Redskins are at Indianapolis for a Friday night, 7PM game.
