John Beck was on ESPN 980 just now talking about trying to access the facilities today. When asked about Grossman:
"They're going to re-sign Rex definitely. They told me that. Then it's an open competition."
Well, that narrows any trade value for McNabb. Ha. Beck went on to say Santana Moss is a great player, but free agency is a reason he can see his value elsewhere. Beck did praise Tana's in-season work ethic, but the fate of Tana is no clearer today.
Beck missed all of OTAs last year and showed up at training camp 6 days before the first game (via trade). Running the scout team all year gave him no preparation for regular season reps week 17.
