Business as usual for the Washington Redskins. With a little more than two weeks until the NFL draft, the Redskins are still kicking the tires on some players, and according to National Football Post, Purdue DE, Ryan Kerrigan, will be in Ashburn today.
The 6'3", 267 lb defensive end played his college career as 4-3 DE, but given his size he's been spending a lot of time working on LB drills to help his versatility entering the draft.
Kerrigan was a three-year starter for the Boilermakers, a team captain and an academic All-American selection. Kerrigan recorded 70 tackles, 26 tackles for losses, 12 1/2 sacks and five forced fumbles last season.
Parks did a writeup on Kerrigan earlier, which can be read here.
