Per NFL.com, Captain Chaos will likely retire a Redskin, three cheers for that!  A 6 year, $30 milllion contract extension was ironed-out for our should-be pro-bowler.

$14 mil is guaranteed, so that puts him up there amongst the best paid TEs in the league...of course, he is one of the best TEs in the league.  I think Cooley is poised to have a career season...but who else do y'all think is going to be the player to far outplay expectation?
