Update [2007-4-11 14:50:56 by Skin Patrol]: AOL Fanhouse picks Amobi Okoye as well.
Hat tip: Blogging the Boys
Todd McShay's new draft board (Insider -- subscription required) apparently has the 'Skins taking Amobi Okoye.
6. Washington (5-11)
Projected pick: Amobi Okoye, DT, Louisville
Needs: DT, DE, G, S, CB, WR, OLB, QB, TE
After setting a franchise record with only 19 sacks in 2006, the Redskins must upgrade their pass rush. Because Adams is no longer on the board, Okoye becomes the next-best option. The 19-year-old has bulked up to 300-plus pounds and recently ran the 40 in the 4.8-second range at an on-campus workout.
If the worst thing that happens to the Redskins this year is they draft a prodigy DT to bolster our defense, I wouldn't be upset. As Alan Branch plummets on draft boards, Amobi Okoye becomes the consensus pick here. He's got a lot more of an upside, in my opinion, given his age. He started playing Football later than most and could still develop into an even better player.

War Cry! had their weekly summary of the Mock Draft Database, mentioning Okoye:
Michigan DT Alan Branch continues falling. He once led all consensus picks and now is third at 19%. Coming in fourth and gaining significantly for the third straight week is Louisville DT Amobi Okoye. Okoye garnered 8% last week and now 14% of mocks have the Skins selecting him.
Like I said, as Branch falls Okoye will climb. Gaines Adams still has a plurality at 39% of Mock Drafts sending him to Washington. And PennSkinsFan points out that no Mock Drafts have us trading up to get Calvin Johnson. Ahh, the Wisdom of Crowds...
