As long as he didn't leave in the third quarter

News is slow today.

Roger Stillwell, former Interior Department employee and friendly-ish with currently imprisoned Jack Abramoff, got himself in a bit of trouble this week:

A former Interior Department employee [who happens to be named Roger Stillwell] was sentenced to two years probation and fined $1,000 Tuesday for failing to report gifts he received from influence-peddler Jack Abramoff.
What kind of gifts?
Stillwell received four tickets to a Washington Redskins game and two tickets to a Simon and Garfunkel concert in 2003. The tickets had a face value of about $485 but prosecutors said they were worth about $2,300.
I think it could be argued, given the performance of the Redskins this year, that those tickets were grossly overvalued. Zing! (We hope that Simon and Garfunkel take no umbrage; it isn't their fault the Redskins had a disappointing season.)

I'm bored.
