Nick Novak joins John Hall in the growing ranks of former Redskins kicker in 2006, per Redskins Insider:
Skins just cut Nick. I feel bad for the dude. He's a great kid, but he just wasn't getting it done.
I think it was the kickoffs. Novak just couldn't get the ball to the opposing endzone and wasn't exactly making his own case with a 50% FG rate.
