On injuries and the "cascade effect"
Over at Mile High Report, there is a really good post up written by a poster who is also a doctor on what happens when a player gets injured, and how muscle strains or pulls can lead to other injuries (the "cascade effect"). A very good post, which I recommend that folks check out.
