Based on what my uncle in Tampa said about Jon Gruden, and Gruden's willingness to let Snyder and Cerrato make personnel decisions...this guarantees another 5-10 years of Redskins mediocrity. Gruden didn't exactly make great draft choices in Tampa, either. He steered Dungy's Super Bowl roster into the bottom of the league.

I don't want people to think this is a Snyder bashing site. I have defended him relentlessly in his lessons learned of how the franchise improved when Gibbs ran the show, but taking away any negative signs from paying fans is flat out wrong and highlights the disassociation between him and the fans.

Reportedly, team officials have been in "intense and private discussions" with officials in the District about building a large playing and practice facility in the city where RFK currently sits.
