Here's Sean Taylor's hit, complete with Japanese translation at the end!
Just a guess, but this may be the very reason why Sean Taylor wasn't originally set to start this year's Pro Bowl (2/3 of the votes come from players, coaches). Wonder what this will do for his chances next year?

I've read
I say if you don't want to get hit in the pro bowl, just skip it like every other good player does.
Thanks for the PFT find

I have no issues with the hit.
He didn't use his helmet as a weapon. He didn't "launch" himself: both feet were on the ground when he hit the guy.
What he did do was reverse the guy's direction, which is necessary when you're trying to prevent a first down.
The hit looks worse because a RB would be trained to lower his head and center of gravity to withstand it more. The punter didn't know to do that, and he got whacked.
It's a grownup game. People don't want to get hit, they shouldn't play.
