"This is a sport that has featured rampant drug use, gambling, player hazing, sex scandals, domestic violence issues, wayward accounting, and taxpayer abuse. And that's just the Cowboys."
According to Howard Eskin, the Washington Redskins are willing to part with their top three picks (to the Rams) in order to move up and grab quarterback Robert Griffin III.
Eskin also believes the Redskins are willing to part with their first round pick in the 2013 NFL draft as well if needed.

Are there any new episodes of "Hail Yeaa"? Those things are hilarious.
"[The newcomers will] learn pretty quickly that we hate the Cowboys around here. There’s no love lost at all. After that game you’ll normally see a bunch of people in the training room getting healed up for the next week. It’s gonna be a physical game, a lot of intensity. We definitely don’t like the Cowboys around here."

"Not having the whole offseason hurts guys like [Perry] Riley," Haslett said. "They don't get an opportunity to learn everything. That's probably one of the hardest spots to learn in this defense. There's a lot different combinations. It takes time to learn to play this defense. One minute you’re playing all the weak hooks the vertical stuff, one minute you’re playing all the three-receiver stuff, all the strong stuff. It takes a while."
When asked if Riley would get a shot to work with the starters:
"That’s up to coach Shanahan but right now we’d probably go with who we have unless something changes."
We talked to a few [QBs], but we weren’t thinking of anyone that would be competing with Rex and John for the starting job."
We liked a lot of players in this draft. Felt like we needed an infusion of youth throughout the 53 man roster. When we got a chance to trade down, we did...As we did with every position, we analyzed the quarterbacks as well as any position, brought in all the quarterbacks and talked about them. … We also compared them to the quarterbacks that we had. You say John is unproven, but so are draft picks. Coaches thought based on what they saw in practices last year that he had a very high ceiling.
