Resigning of Andre Carter. Yahoo Sports is saying we resigned Andre Carter on the 8th of this month. He is now listed, on the same site, as a RDE for the team. If this is true, why haven't we heard anything about it through the radio media from DC, or on this site? I believe it's a typo on the below site. If not, and it 'tis true, I'd say very good signing, esp if he's going to be able to put his hand down. This should up his sack total of 3 from last year significantly.
