Best Player Available

Scot McCloughan made it clear in his press conference that he is a believer in the draft model of best player available instead of draft for need. Since this is a team that has only four players that would start for a playoff team (Jackson, Trent, Robinson, and Kerrigan), his approach is exactly what we need. There is no spot on this roster that has too much talent. There just isn't. So in that vein, I went onto the Fanspeak's On The Clock tool and decided to do just that, I simply drafted whoever was the highest ranking player on the board at the time. The results? Not bad. Which makes me sad because you should not want your team to be so bad that random drafting still improves your team.
