NBC's Dianna Russini reports that the Redskins are flying in DE Everette Brown for a workout tomorrow. The Redskins have an open roster spot after waiving former 5th round pick Brandon Jenkins today. Brown, 26, was drafted in the 2nd round by the Carolina Panthers in 2009. Brown spent two years in Carolina, starting 3 games, recording 47 tackles and 6 sacks. He was released before the 2011 season. He then bounced around the league a little, spending time with the Chargers(3 games active), the Lions(preseason), the Eagles(preseason), and was finally signed by the Cowboys last season. He was active for 7 games, and recorded 5 tackles, and 1 sack. He is 6'1", 263lbs, similar measurements to Brandon Jenkins.
