The lack of another receiving weapon for years left Santana Moss without much help. Or without anyone to deflect attention. That's changed the past couple years, though, so, too, has Moss' role.
Now, coming off two torn pectoral muscles in each of his first two years, Robinson is working with the starters. Keep this in mind: It's still the spring. He knows the defense and is fast, so he's able to play fast during the OTA workouts. The real test for Robinson will come in the preseason when he must prove he can stay healthy and that he can play fast in games that count.
"The team name is the team name as it has been for 80-plus years," he said. "And what we need to do is get beyond sort of understanding this as a point-blank situation and understand it more as a variety of perspectives that all need to be addressed, that all need to be given some weight, so that at the end of it we can come to some understanding that is appropriate and reflects the opinions of all."
After doing a player by player breakdown of each draft pick, I wanted to then go and give one last final look at the draft class and give then a preliminary look at the 2015 draft and what route it could go as well. This draft class at first was given pretty low marks by some, but after carefully reviewing it and looking at the team depth chart, it makes sense that they chose to go the route of developmental guys who can really provide value moving forward even if it isn't as noticeable in 2014.
